In becoming a participant in this event, I hereby release, relieve, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the POINT ROBERTS YACHT CLUB, it’s officers, members, representatives and employees from any and all claims arising out of the participation of my yacht and her crew in this racing event. I further agree to be bound by the racing rules of the ISAF and by all other rules which govern this event.

I certify that my boat will be PIYA Category III compliant for the duration of all races (with exceptions identified in the SI's).

My boat is insured with valid third-party liability insurance covering property damage, personal injury and death of not less then 1 million dollars per incident.
